Helpful cooking tips! I’m satisfied!

This is an excellent 30 Day Ketogenic Meal Plan book for beginner's. I really appreciate the read and very much recommended. Simply put this book amazing. If you are looking for one book to help you know! Would suggest this book!.
I am very pleased that at the start of this book it shows what Keto is all about and gives you a breakdown of foods you can eat to stay on a 30-Day Keto Meal Plan. The recipes seem pretty easy to follow as well. Author has included the cooking tips too. Nice book!

very much appreciated

Its benefits and limitations are covered in this 30 Day Ketogenic Meal Plan cookbook as well, so there is no excuse for you not to start right away! I am convinced that just a few weeks on the Ketogenic diet will produce such good results that you will be encouraged to turn it into a permanent way of life. And actually you need to buy it and make a gift for someone.
Thanks to this book, I now have a nice meal plan for a month ahead. Some meals I'll modify a bit to my tastes and requirements but overall, it's really a good meal plan in here.

Great overview

This cookbook also includes many delicious and healthy 30 Day Ketogenic smoothies and smoothie-bowl recipes, Ketogenic breakfast recipes, fish and chicken Ketogenic Meal Plan, vegetarian Ketogenic Meal Plan, quick Keto Meal recipes, Keto snack and dessert recipes. All these recipes are very detailed, easy to follow, with full nutritional information. I liked this book very much, I got much useful information on all my questions. I hope that this diet really will help me to weight loss. Highly recommended.

Nice book delivered in good condition and on time

Every one of the formulas in this cookbook must be tempting making a decision from the fixings recorded. I found in this book many delicious recipes for every day. I liked them all. Thanks to the author of this amazing book. This Keto Meal Prep book is for anybody that needs to just feel much improved, I've been to a great degree profitable also. Now it’s the only thing I want to cook with. Love it. Keto meal prep.

Informative & useful

I’ve found this book so amazing, informative & useful. Throughout this book, I have come to know lots of useful things about keto meal preparation, diet and dozens of easy recipes. Inside of this book, I have come all the things so organized.
I appreciate that most of the recipes have pictures of the finished item. The information at the beginning of the book is helpful for those of us considering giving keto a try. Overall quite nice.

This book is choke full of good information,

This book is a very comprehensive guide to a Ketogenic diet. It comes complete with a shopping list and recipes. The Chocolate Macadamia Bites are so fabulous. I must be in heaven and on a diet. The cube steak is fabulous. Everything I've tried is tasty and simple to prepare. Rachel provides excellent guidance. The recipes look easy to make and will not take much of your time, all in all a great Ketogenic guide and recipe book.

Great basics for those looking to begin.

This book was a great resource for getting started on the keto diet. It was well researched, short and to the point. It does not contain recipes, those are abundant on the web, but does contain a lot of very valuable information about beginning and adapting to the Keto Lifestyle. The author explains, in a clear and easy to understand way, the benefits and potential pitfalls of Keto and how to adapt to this way of living. Honestly, buy this book if you're interested in a common sense introduction to Keto at a very reasonable price!

Quick, easy, and yummy recipes

As a type one diabetic the Keto diet has been a godsend and as a person who doesn’t have any clue how to cook or what kind of foods I can eat this book is AMAZING. All of the recipes are easy and delicious that a person who usually eats microwave dinners can do it! If you want to do the Keto diet, this book will make your life easier. Gives you info about the diet and a long list of foods to eat and foods to avoid.

Ketogenic recipes to cook for any meal of the day

Excellent!!This book is mind blowing. It just blow my mind away. The authors effort highly reflected in every portion of it. Before reading this one i thought it was an average book but after reading this now i can say that its an extraordinary one.But smoothies recipes from this book are really in a variety I'm about to make creamy chocolate smoothie today. Blackberry cheesecake smoothie that i tried yesterday was yummy. Just fall in love with this book.

A helpful tool for Keto dieters.

Good book but read recipes carefully. Many recipes are not Keto friendly (at least when you are doing very low carbs). Also some recipes have ingredients missing in ingredients list but the are in the instructions for preparation. One recipe is titled Bacon Cauliflower Salad but recipe itself refers to broccoli several times. Enjoying the book but be aware of inconsistencies.This book gives me useful ideas what to prepare when you on keto or only want to prepare a healthy food. Highly recommend this book.

I am very happy to read this book.

This book is astonishing! Impressed with book. Just began my Ketogenic Meal Plan Life change and this book helped me to such an extent. It gave me the apparatuses I expected to begin Ketogenic Meal Plan and clarified the standard eating regimen. The guidelines and recipes are very well prepared with information and understanding to have a healthy meal for any time of the day for a healthy life living in 30 Day Ketogenic Meal Plan.

Awesome guide about Ketogenic Meal Plan

Keto Diet for Beginners is my favorite now! Well done! I really like the recipes. The author even gave suggestions on how to find more recipes on line. It was very helpful with instructions on how to get started as well as some gourmet recipes. I'm glad I bought this particular book. I found here a lot of useful information about how I better follow the ketogenic diet. There is a list of products, which can be eaten, and what to eat is not recommended. It is well written about why a lot of proteins are very good

Really good recommendations

I'm obsessed with this meal prep book. It's easy to read and follow with great recipes. My personal trainer said THIS is the book to get to keep your nutrition on track. All of the Keto Diet recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy and delicious food for my family and friends and stay healthy lifestyle are already included and well-illustrated inside.
This book is an entire variant and gainful also in giving you exact data about recipes and diet.

Great for Keto Beginners. Amazing Recipes and Tips

This is a great book for Keto Beginners (like myself) The recipes are not difficult or time consuming and once you get your pantry prepped they take a lot of the same ingredients so you aren’t wasting money on items you will only use once or twice! It even gives you a detailed meal plan and shopping list for the first two weeks to help get you started! (As well as favorite foods list and acceptable Keto substitute) I am one of those people that already knew the basics but wanted to have some variety in my menu as well as snacks/sides/and sweets to help keep me on track! This book has all that to help get you ready for a Keto Life! I already sent the link to two of my friends who are also going Keto!

Great variety of recipes.

Keto diet is amazing. It helps me with many terrible symptoms, like relieving my brain fog, stomach problems and fatigue. I have an autoimmune disorder. This book has great variety of recipes - salads, soups, meat, chicken and seafood dishes and lots of dessert options. All desert options suggest an almond flour which I personally substitute with gluten free flour. It's great to have all recipes in one book and the recipes are great for inspiration. For example, I substituted a salmon frittata with chicken frittata, since I can't handle seafood well. Recommended!

Easy, delicious Keto food and a great value!

I’ve been researching the ketogenic diet for some time now and bought a couple other books but this is by far the best, most comprehensive and easily understood book I’ve seen. Much more than a “diet” book, it’s an actual roadmap to a healthy lifestyle with the guidance and tools needed to not only kick start but maintain the program. The recipes, meal plans and shopping lists are easy to follow and meals taste great. Highly recommended.

Great book and great recipes!

This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with less ailments. My doctors were finally pleased with my progress. I'm ordering another recipe book so as to keep having choices to keep on this diet.

It seems daunting at first.

I totally get why this seems not to work for some people. Here's my suggestion. Get the book, and make it work for you. i got this book so I could narrow my keto diet a bit and lower my body's inflammatory response (I have serious issues with that.) There are some recipes that are intimidating to me, but I just didn't make them! Seriously. It's okay. I skipped a few recipes, repeated others (so incredibly good!) and made it work for me. This is acceptable. The main thing is to read the front of the book to understand how it all works. Then, work the program the way that works for you.
