This is a great book with an excellent selection of recipes. bought a book for friends of vegetarians. And they were taken with my gift. Because they themselves wanted to buy this book. And after a week they made dinner. It was very tasty. All the dishes were taken from this book.

This book has simple meals

This book has simple meals that are quick to fix with minimal ingredients...AWESOME! As someone with Celiacs, I was also pleased that it appears that all/most of the recipes are gluten-free...WOO-WOO! The dairy ingredients can be easily substituted, if need be, as well. Thanks to the author for keeping it short, sweet, and to the point :)

Love the recipes and the plan

Love the recipes and the plan. Most diseases involve inflammation so this is great whether you’re diabetic, have arthritis or other conditions caused by inflammation. This book is highly informative. I learned so many things. I would highly recommend this book.

I found amazing recipes in this book enough to provide good eating and wonderful variety for months of culinary enjoyment.
