Good Info - Horrible narration.

I need the info in this book but boy is it hard to listen too. The narration is very bad. It is read as if a computer is reading it. Pronounces Basil as baazzle. Pronounced Gout as Goat. Seriously, it is beyond bad. If I did not have it set on 1.35x play back, I could not have gotten through the book. It was painful.

This Ketogenic Diet definitely makes me remain on the Keto Diet for Beginners. I like it! Dazzled with the audible. Great knowledge

The recipes are so delicious!!! I am trying to eat more meat and fewer carbs and thought I’d hate everything in this audible- but I can’t stop going back to it for more and more recipes. Super yummy. Book itself isn’t so unusual, audible.
