Inspiring and Relaxing
This audiobook is meant to guide and inspire the listener to reach their aspirations, whatever those may be. It would be a great addition to a daily mediation practice or 12 step program. As one might expect from the title, the narration is done in an ASMR style, lending to an overall feeling of tranquility as you listen. The narration plays over gentle music and pulsating tones, which further adds to the calming effect. I would recommend this audiobook to those wanting to persevere and reach goals, improve mindfulness, or just unwind before bed.
