#228 - Murder At Scary Bridge - Modoc, South Carolina

This week, in Modoc, South Carolina, where a teenage girl sneaks out the window, on a summer night, to hang out with her friends, but panic sets in, when she isn't home by morning. The only thing investigators have to go on were rumors of her appearance at a party, the night before, which leads to a story, so terrible, that it can hardly be believed.

Along the way, we find out older people love to camp, that teenagers, who make pipe bombs are probably up to no good, and that some things are too horrible to even imagine!

That said, my town has a scary ass bridge too called ghost bridge in the middle of nowhere. Teenagers would go out there to bang, smoke weed, drink, and Some friends and I blew up some illegal fireworks there when I was in high school.

I found this show recently and I am obsessed. Love the dark humor, and I love Jimmy’s openness about his own traumas. I also have been in therapy for years for ptsd and anxiety after being raped.

Thanks for the laughs and another step in the direction of normalizing mental health!
