VERY INFORMATIVE

I’ve had natural hair for ages, but I didn’t do anything extra to it just wash and condition. Now I’m paying more attention to my hair because I’ve decided to grow it out, so I can have more versatility with styling. Well I’ve noticed my hair is so dry and it’s growing very very slow, I’ve read this happens as you get older. I began watching YouTube for solutions. I realized I should get rid of all of the harmful shampoos and conditioners and make my own. I didn’t know where to start… this is a good book for that. I learned a lot about what oils and herbs are good for your hair and your person. I’ve learned about pre-poos and how to make my own detanglers and hair masks. I’ve learned which herbs naturally darken your hair, so I can avoid hair dyes. The author listed a lot of DIY recipes that I have made and they worked out great. My hair is no longer dry and is growing at a much faster rate! If these subjects are something that interest you, I would check this book out. It was a fount of good information, recipes and remedies.
