Sleep hypnosis

It’s mesmerizing but I wish it not not prompt to wake up at the end since I’m using it to help me fall to sleep at night. I fall asleep before the end of the 20 minute guide and luckily never responded to the wake up cue at the end 😀

Far Better Than A Sleeping Pill!

I have dealt with insomnia since my teens. This book is a blessing. I go longer rely on Rd
or OTC sleeping aids.

Didn’t relax, had a good laugh though

I couldn’t listen to more than a minute of it. This guys voice! Oh my. He sounds like a rubbish 80s radio DJ, or the announcer of prizes on an awful game show. Maybe people find that relaxing? Maybe they need a different sort of help.

Arrrrgh what an annoying voice!

I do not know how anybody with such an annoying voice thinks any kind of relaxtion is possible but given the previous ratings obviously someone does. I strongly recommend listening to the sample before purchase.

Some bloke wittering on, saying relax, relaxing, relaxed every 5 words. Not a hypnosis exercise. Did not induce relaxation or sleep.

Very helpful

I can only say that after listening to it I personally felt very relaxed and chilled out when I awoke, it's short and sweet and did the trick, I will definitely listen to it again as I find it helped

The word relaxation doesn’t equal relation

Talks too fast and so not relaxing. I think they think that saying relax or relaxation means one relaxes. If only it was so easy.

‘Relax’

Every single time he said the word ‘relax’ it made me not relax. He kept mentioning the days stressors and that made me then think of them and not be able to relax. Saying relax again and again isn’t relaxing, Ben.
