What is a frame?
"Frame" is just a fancy word for perception of reality. Your frame is how you view the world. Her frame is how she views the world. Sometimes your frame is different than her frame. Frame control is getting her to accept your frame, and disregard her own frame by default.

What is frame control?
Again. Frame control is your ability to get a woman to accept your view of the world as the final truth. Strong frame control skills means you have the ability to influence a woman to accept your perception of reality as THE ONE TRUE OBJECTIVE REALITY and abandon her own prior beliefs (now labeled as “misconceptions” retroactively).

Why is frame control necessary?
Frame control is necessary because there are often different possible interpretations to events and situations in life.

Some interpretations lead to seductive self-sabotage (resulting in a woman screaming in public “you fucking asshole!!!"), while others lead to seductive success (bang, bang, bang). Frame control is the art of putting out a seductive favorable interpretation of reality, and having your interpretation accepted by others.

The mind control road map:

• If you can control how a woman views the world, you will be able to control how she feels.
• If you can control how a woman feels, then you can control what she does.
• If you can control what a woman does, then you can direct her to do things that will lead her to fall in love with you.
• If you can have a woman fall in love with you, she will be wrapped around your finger. She will become the puppet, and you will be the puppet master.

Opened my Eyes towards Relationships

The book focuses on the psychological aspect of relationships, specifically how to maintain a certain level of control and influence. As a 25-year-old guy trying to navigate modern relationships, I've found the insights pretty useful. The book surprised me with its knowledge on psychology and using that to set a frame to come out as the leader in the relationship. While some of the tactics are a bit advanced, the book breaks them down in a way that's easy to grasp and apply in real-life scenarios. It's definitely given me a new perspective on how to approach my relationship.

Stop being your woman's dog

I'll admit that I'm not what most people would refer to as the alpha male type. I'm an average joe with nothing special going for me. Probably because of this, I've always been the one who ends up being under my ex-girlfriends' thumbs. I always do everything I can to make my woman happy - I cook, I clean, I try to get along with their family and friends, but after all of that I get cheated on. It's always the same pattern with every relationship and I'm almost about to give up. My friends have been telling me that I shouldn't worship them and give them everything. I guess it's about time I listened. So, I decided to get a few books that I thought could teach me how to gain more control over my relationships so I could be more prepared for the next one and Frame Control is one of them. At first I was hesitant because it sounded like I want to manipulate women, but I'm glad I gave it a shot because I learned that I have been the victim of some of these tactics myself. I guess all relationships involve some sort of manipulation and it's always better to be the one doing it that the one being manipulated. I'm going to try to apply some of these techniques on my next relationship and see how it goes.

Creepy, weird, and mean rehashing of PUA material.

This is nearly the worst title I've picked up on Audible. The material is a bland, high-level rehashing of other authors' Pickup Artist material including The Mystery Method. If that weren't bad enough, the narrator frequently says particular phrases as if they were in BOLD FONT on his script and slight reverb to make even weirder. To make it even worse, there are occasional background noises of sex when his topic is explicitly sexual.
And for men like me, who like women, the explicit misogyny in this book is equally awful.
I sped through this book on 3.5x speed so I could get to the required minimum time to be able to write this warning review.
AVOID THIS TRASH!
Returning this for something I can tolerate.
