Not completely terrible
The thing that bothered me the most is that when the male character read, his mother had a heavy Russian accent and when the female character read her lines she didn’t. Sometimes the performers just sounded ridiculous and it was hard to continue listening.
The story line actually has a lot of promise but their relationship developed very fast. I think if the author spent more time developing these characters and their relationship it wouldn’t have seemed so rushed.
Also, the best friend was kidnapped and that part of the story just hung there. No resolution or hope for more on that front. It’s infuriating.

Hot and cold narrators
So, I’m only in chapter 7 and don’t know if I can finish the audio. If I can’t I’ll definitely read the book. The female narrator is sooo weird. How can someone be so good at character voice and dialogue and piss poor at narration? Her vocal fry and trying to hard to be sexy and, I don’t know, mysterious? Just makes it hard to listen to. The male narrator is okay, sounds too much like a teen age boy than a grown man, so sex appeal is a zero. But I love the story, it’s sooo cute and I love the cheese.

Dirty talking wolf!
Lots of fun to listen to Samantha Rose impersonate Mae West. Rose's pert style blended very well with Kurt Bonnem's sexually provactive dialog.

Overdoes the Drama
Really cannot stand Stephanie Rose's voice at all. I wish she didn't try to add sex-drama to every single word. I hate the way she reads! Also not liking Curt Bonnem and how he reads. the story is way too cliche and cheesy.
