In and Out - So Simple!
My hours are so varied - night shift and in between care-giver. Rest and sleep don't always work together - so I searched for the calm needed to nap. Benjamin P Bonetti has been one source I keep returning too - his voice calms me enough that I settle down enough to sleep. Sometimes - I think - nope won't work and next thing I know my alarm goes off 2 hours later. Yes - this 15 minute meditation is one of my good choices.
Fall asleep fast!
I'm going to try this again tonight...I hope to stay awake for it, last night I fell asleep in the first 3 minutes. This is great as a way to help you fall asleep fast!
