For roughly 1/3 of my life, I've been an inconsistent sleeper. Bordering on insomnia. Weeks of consistent sleep followed by days of an inability to fall asleep. As someone who really tries to maximize their daylight hours, not feeling fully energized at the end of the night was becoming a major problem. Finally, with the buy-in and support of my wife we've worked to cure my issue.
