Feeling more positive throughout the day

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss. So far I'm really happy!!

This audiobook from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating health. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

Helpful guide

This is a nice audiobook on guided meditations, the thing I like about this audio book is it's length, it is around two hours long which is an appropriate length, it is not long enough and not even short enough and about the narration it is nice

Helps to focus on diet for long term
