I feel way more confident.

I really was looking for something to boost my confidence. Confidence at my job, with women, or even just feeling good about myself. I started falling asleep to this at night. It's actually working. I feel way more confident. I'm not feeling so negative about myself.

Fabulous one!

This has many amazing reminders about why you should value yourself and great nudges that cultivate self love. Self love leads to higher self esteem and I love how this audio goes about to generate that for its listeners. Beautiful and necessary.

Feel so refreshed

I really enjoyed this audiobook.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The author is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!
