Motivation is the single most important management strategy a person needs to ensure his or her professional, personal, and organizational success. 1,001 Ways to Inspire presents a profound model of four personality types, offering a simple diagnostic test to help you determine your own personality type and understand what motivates others. As you listen, you will learn the strengths and weaknesses of your personality type and the personality types of others, how to keep yourself motivated even in adverse situations, how to avoid dead-end approaches when dealing with different types of people and their personalities, and how to apply motivational approaches to common and uncommon employee-related problems.

This is a really excellent book with a lot of helpful information on personality profiling. The one detractor from the audio version is the absence of the actual personality test which is crucial to understanding the content.

I bought the audible went to listen to it and it said to stop and take a survey. I looked all over on line and could not find it. I then listened to It anyway. I found it very interesting even without the survey. It really helps you look at personalities.

It needs the survey
