Life changing

This is the best affirmation book I’ve tried. It’s impeccably organized and literally changed my life. Just let it play in the background as you go about your day, or leave it playing while you sleep. I listen in my car too. The affirmations for money, health, and weight loss really work. The motivational quotes are top tier. Transformative.

Love hate relationship with this book

I love the affirmations and the narrator’s voice. It had been my daily routine until I heard her sighed at the end of one of the recording saying lord help me. This just ruined the whole thing. I didn’t feel like I can be affirmed by the energy she put out that she is not willing to say or mean what she says. I am just confused whether I should continue listening or just stop.

Badass who doesn’t take any crap from anybody?

I like it .. some of them a bit odd but overall it helps..it’s super long and touches many areas of life

Meh.

Overall pretty good but not every single affirmation will pertain to you and it can start to feel monotonous.

For a laugh listen at 15:13:16, the narrator (voice actor?) gets frustrated and you can audibly hear “please, lord” said in agony.

Jessica (Narrator) are you ok?

During chapter 16 (1:02:31) the narrator has a 10-15 second meltdown. I hope she’s doing ok!
