If you want increased anxiety, read this book

I did not love this. Struggled to read it. IVF is anxiety producing as it is because nothing is guaranteed. This book made it worse. I highly recommend not reading this and taking a healthy, but more relaxed approach. This book was more overwhelming than actual IVF. It's an anxiety producing snooze fest.
