Common Sense Here

This book is basically just common sense & what basic health class teaches you to be honest or any health magazine. Nothing new or new age in anyway what so ever, just the basic facts. Most ppl already know these things, or at least I should hope you do! The narrator was good. Clearly spoken, very easy to understand & No mistakes at all. I gave the narrator 5 stars in performance. No, I can't recommend this book, unless it's free....even still it's not worth the 36 minutes of your time. Why? Because you should already know these basic facts of life to be & stay healthy at ALL ages!!I I was given this book for free at my request and I am providing this honest review voluntarily.

Beneficial for any age..

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This narrative is a thoughtful mix of science, nutrition and common sense. While it does not speak down to the listener, it neither assumes the listener's education. Even as Healthcare worker, I enjoyed and learned during this fresh take on aging! In this case, brevity pays!
