Highly Recommended

This! Few minutes; days, weeks, months of reclaimed time from the void of lost time doing nothing! Highly recommended. Good job. I have the worst habit of wanting to go off on the deep end of the science behind stuff, but I, thankfully, was skillfully managed in this.

Content Good, Delivery OK, but still meh

This book has some good content, but will be most useful for anyone completely lacking in common sense.
Being told that turning my phone off, or leaving it in another room (or both) would reduce or eliminate distractions is hardly a game-changer. That said, there will be folks out there who have never considered intentionally restricting access to emails.
This book is for them.

The biggest issue is a need for stringent editing. For example, the author's use of the word 'moreover' would make a great cue in a drinking game. It turns up so frequently. I found myself waiting for the next occurrence, rather than listening to the content. Not the best way to focus.

The narrator is pleasant, clear and well paced, but not very fluent in his delivery.
His clipped and somewhat staccato delivery (at times), along with odd pauses and hesitations in some of the sentences, left me slightly distracted.
All in all, this will be a worthwhile read for anyone who is unaware that uninterrupted internet access and continual aimless review of social media tends to be unproductive.
Otherwise, there are undoubtedly better books out there.
