The author eloquently describes why balance is so important as we age, and conversely why we lose some stability as we age. The exercises are simply but throughly described and, at the beginning of the audiobook, instructions are given as to how to access the videos showing each exercise in full, as well as the 30 day workout samples. Overall a great resource for all.
