Misleading

This is more or less a 30 day challenge set of meditations. The sample starts with a nice story about walking around a lake. This is one of two like this in the whole collection. It hardly represents the other chapters, which are ok meditations but with long breaks with really cheesy, dated meditation music.

Misleading title

This is a dingo attention training, not individual meditations. Each meditation is listed as meditation one, meditation to,. There is no content and it’s expected that you will do these in order from day one to 30. I thought I was getting a mix of individualized meditations?
