#10. Today’s topic is “Healthy, Happy You.” Our guest, Julie Brown, is a health and wellness coach and a great friend of mine.
I actually met Julie at a youth leadership camp back when we were just 16 years old!
We stayed in touch throughout the years but we both grew to have busy lives, so we hadn’t really deeply connected in quite a while.
I was a busy mom and at a point in my life where I thought a balanced diet meant one donut in each hand. Balance, right? I constantly thought to myself “I can always lose weight later.”
One day Julie shared a picture on social media that really caught my attention. It was a side-by-side photo and I could see that she had lost a substantial amount of weight.
I reached out to her and she began to teach me the things I needed to learn that led to me losing 15 pounds in 90 days and maintaining a weight that I love.
