"After close to a decade of owning and operating a restaurant and nightclub, I transitioned into the wellness industry and opened a boutique fitness studio. I enjoyed coaching hundreds of clients and seeing their beautiful transformations. And then my brother suddenly passed. I took a 2.5-year sabbatical and returned home with a wealth of Eastern Medicine & Indigenous healing wisdom to practice and share with my clients. In 2019, I planted roots in Toronto and began a private home practice. My space is an urban retreat where clients can come and shed layers of mental and emotional stress in a safe and supportive environment. The services provided are a reflection of Master teachers and Shamans under who I've studied. I currently live a peaceful life with my beautiful partner and over twenty plant babies, doing what I love - being of service to others.
