This book had me grinning almost the entire time. Not only is the story amazing, but the audio production, whew!! What a refreshing treat. Each narrator was phenomenal, and the editing was great. I highly recommend this experience.
At the end, there are 4 different clips, so the book itself is a bit shorter than the time listed.
There are two book previews, one interview with Andi and SebYo, and then a clip of outtakes that again had me grinning. It sounds like they had a lot of fun with this project, and it shines through. I loved the extra material. Great job, everyone!

Lark Wainright, 23, has nightmares. She used to be fearless. But while overseas for her nonprofit employer, she was kidnapped and held at gunpoint in a dusty shack. Everyone has an opinion about what might have happened to her there, but she's not saying much. She's too consumed by guilt to talk about it.

I love all the books in this series, but this one is the best. I have really come to love the Shipley family- they remind me of my friends in Illinois who, as we lovingly put it, take on strays.
The narration is fabulous and smooth. The plot tackles some tough topics in an honest but beautiful way. The dark isn’t so dark as to be triggering, for me anyway. Lark is relatable, the build up is believable, and Zachariah is adorable. I was wondering how Zach would go from blushing to kissing and sweet touches. Well done. I had so many smiles with this book. Definitely worth a credit.

While the other reviewers were right about Bones’ accent being weird, Tavia’s reading of Veritas did not bother me at all. I always love Tavia’s performances.
It was great to see peeks of Cat, Bones, and Mencares in this story. Plus we get a little bit more about Tenoch, which I find interesting.
But the real perk was getting such an amazing look at Ian and watching him grow through this story. This story is right up at the top of Night Huntress World for me (though I love them all.) I also loved getting to know Veritas, unraveling her secrets and seeing the contrast between her and Ian on this adventure. Frost has done it again!

They say Paris is always a good idea.... You know what I say? Paris would be a much better idea if I spoke the dang language. I can't even board the metro to visit the Louvre without ending up at the Moulin Rouge, and let's not even mention how I'll ever make it through a day at my new office. Fortunately my company hooks me up with my own personal translator. Ooh la la. Or should I say bloody hell? Because he's charming, witty, and British, and he brings the city to life for me.

Love this book- definitely feel immersed in Paris life. The characters feel believable and are endearing. I wanted to see what they saw, taste what they tasted, and smell what they were smelling. I really felt a pull to travel to Paris.
Love the performances of the narrators. (Richard Armitage, yum.)
The interview with Lauren at the end is great! She sounds fun and adorable.
Worth a credit.

I am a big fan of Lauren Blakely and Erin Mallon. Both did amazing with this story.
Set aside an hour and a half for the last several chapters all in one sitting. Maybe grab a tissue too. This one has some suspense and intensity behind it. But it’s so beautiful. Definitely worth the two credits for both books. Plus I really loved the novella prequel. The characters are well done, and overcome much. This feels like one well-earned HEA.

I adore this book so much. It was so well done, I couldn’t stop listening. I laughed out loud so often I lost count. I cracked grins frequently at the clever quips and completely relatable life situations. This is my first book by this author and I can’t wait to explore more. Andi of course performed excellently. Easy 5 stars, completely worth my credit. Already bought the next book. The male narrator only has one chapter, at the very end. Loved hearing things briefly from Adam’s perspective. It wrapped things up well. This was a feel-good book for me, and I know I’ll have a second listen soon.

He promised to never leave me. But when I needed him the most, that was exactly what he did. Wilderness guide Xander Reed has spent fifteen years trying to forget the night he turned to his best friend in his darkest hour, only to find the young man who'd sworn to always have his back was turning his on Xander instead. Two thousand miles and fifteen years of building a new life in the quiet backcountry of the Rocky Mountains should have been enough to put the memory of Bennett Crawford out of his mind.

I am in the minority here but this was my first time with this narrator and I am not a fan of his tone. I found most voices hard to distinguish. But overall still good story and enjoyable- but I had to listen at 1.5x speed to make it through. Borderline worth a credit, but still a good story. I want to know what happens with the rest of the series, the other characters!

The first time I met Caine West was in a bar. He noticed me looking his way and mistakenly read my scowling as checking him out. When he attempted to talk to me, I set him straight -- telling him what I thought of his lying, cheating, egomaniacal ass. You see, the gorgeous jerk had wined and dined my best friend-smooth talking her into his bed, all along failing to mention that he was married. He deserved every bit of my tongue-lashing and more for what he'd done.

Wow. This story was amazing. I was expecting a light-hearted hot professor romance, but the depth and interconnected plots blew me away. The first several chapters from Caine’s perspective are in the past, FYI, as slowly we learn more. His side is considerably less than Rachel’s, but so good, and very well done. Of course this top narration team rocked it. I am very moved by this story, more so than many like it. There are some dark undertones in their past, it was difficult but not overly so. Just right for this story. I highly recommend this book, and hope it moves you like it moved me. Definitely worth a second listen.

I keep my two worlds separate. At work, I'm King of Wall Street. The heaviest hitters in Manhattan come to me to make money. They do whatever I say because I'm always right. I'm shrewd. Exacting. Some say ruthless. At home, I'm a single dad trying to keep his 14-year-old daughter a kid for as long as possible. If my daughter does what I say, somewhere there's a snowball surviving in hell. And nothing I say is ever right.

Cute story and had me hooked, but not as good as others. Some parts had me laughing out loud, but others had me wanting to face palm or questioning reality of it. Not too familiar with Ward’s work but like it overall.
The “hate” ends early on, maybe 25% of the way through. Justin’s girlfriend lasted way longer than I expected. There wasn’t any cheating which was good. Loved the last 25%, but the middle was very angsty and a little frustrating, though still good. To those who care about the sex parts, there are about 2.5 and they’re pretty late into the book. It was hot though. I could predict a couple plot points, but that’s fine. Justin is a sexy character for sure. Amelia has a lot of insecurity though which gets old/frustrating, though it’s fairly understandable, to an extent.
Overall enjoyable and worth a credit, but not great enough to make me immediately seek out more from this author. (I have a queue waiting anyway.)
The narrator is fine. First time listening to her. She has a bit of a lisp in the beginning which is fine but a little distracting at first. It got much less noticeable mid-way through. 3.7/5 rating.
