It kept me guessing and that’s a good thing. I don’t like to know the answer as soon as I’ve heard a few pages! :)

People miss a lot of sweet goodness when they abort a "handicapped" child. This book is a great listen and touched my heart. I have a boy in my family with Lowes syndrome and he is the JOY of our lives!! Thank you Robert, for such a great story.

Would you listen to Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story again? Why?

I currently AM listening to it again! 😀

Who was your favorite character and why?

Ben Carson of course :) He's a wonderful example of what can happen when we work hard and ask God for help!

Which character – as performed by Dion Graham – was your favorite?

Ben Carson and His mother

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

From Welfare to John Hopkins! 😀

Any additional comments?

It's amazing what God can do with a man or woman that will let God lead them every step of the way.

The Last Jihad audiobook cover art

I had purchased another of
Joel Rosenberg's and loved it, and was excited to purchase this one, so when I began to listen and heard all the cursing, ( Hell and Damn repeatedly) I was shocked and disgusted that a "Christian" author would stoop to that kind of language in his book, and it ruined a lot of the story. I had young children around and had to cringe when without warning the curses would roll! I'm hesitant to buy anymore of these books :(

I initially skipped over this book because it sounded dry and boring, but I'm sure glad I gave it a try! I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Well Done, Sir!

I really liked this story but got sick really quick of the multiple In detail descriptions of the women and what they were wearing and how the supposedly Christian married man had to really avert his eyes (giving the suggestion of his sexual thoughts/desire toward someone other than his wife over and over ) I wanted to hear a good mystery but feel like I got a boatload of useless sexy details I didn't want. It was embarrassing and had to be turned off at times with kids around and that is just taking it too far! More mystery and less sex please!!!
