It seems at first like a simple, tragic story. Tyler Wingo, a teenage boy, learns the awful news that his father, a soldier, was killed in action in Afghanistan. Then the extraordinary happens: Tyler receives a communication from his father...after his supposed death. Tyler hires Sean and Michelle to solve the mystery surrounding his father. But their investigation quickly leads to deeper, more troubling questions. Could Tyler's father really still be alive? What was his true mission? Could Tyler be the next target? Sean and Michelle soon realize that they've stumbled on to something bigger and more treacherous than anyone could have imagined.

I've gone through all of his series and am now in withdrawal. When will the next book come out. I don't care which of the series it attaches to.
I'd love to see some join forces. King & Maxwell and the camel club for example. Awesome.

Amos Decker witnesses a murder just outside FBI headquarters. A man shoots a woman execution style on a crowded sidewalk, then turns the gun on himself. Even with Decker's extraordinary powers of observation and deduction, the killing is baffling. Decker and his team can find absolutely no connection between the shooter - a family man with a successful consulting business - and his victim, a schoolteacher.

But even she didn't see this coming: her own brother arrested for the grisly murders of three beautiful young women. Harry's been sent to a makeshift town in a desolate landscape - a world full of easy money, plenty of illegal ways to spend it, and a ragtag collection of transient characters who thrive on the fringes of society.

The worst book I've ever listened to. It is not in English. Could not understand a word she said with her heavy accent. She should NOT be a reader. Also. One if not the worst of Patterson. Won't read him any more if this is a sample of what he is putting out now. Maybe it's not him doing the writing!!!!!

Where is the rest of the story????
There were several different story lines most of which just seemed to drop off. What happened to the characters???? I'm thinking you are saving them for a sequel. I hope so because if not , the ending (wherever) it is, is much too weak, not finished. You left no one to torment stone. You left Dino up in the air. What about the connection between the brother and former cell mate Curly???? Please finish this book!
