This is directed towards an audience who has little to no knowledge about writing and publishing and is completely geared towards writing with a partner. It had some good info in it and was easy to listen to. If you are already in the industry though there isn't a whole lot of new helpful information however.

This was a very cute story written about a dog and we get to experience all the adventures through his eyes. The way the world was written from is POV was adorable and a lot of fun. While it does touch on some of the struggles he faced its done so with empathy and maintains its light hearted feel all the way though. there a lot of fun laughable moments throughout and over all we really enjoyed listening to this one. The narration was very appropriate for the story and age range.

After being abandoned in Italy Taryn is ready to run home and sulk in her the sadness of her dream trip coming to an epic fail. She meets Holly who decides to step up and show Taryn that a change in plans can end up being a blessing in disguise, inviting her to join her to a little weekend exploration. After a bit of a rocky start a blessing is exactly what meeting Holly turns out to be for Taryn.

This book was a slow burn for me, not only because of the gradual progression of the characters relationships but also in reference to my feelings towards the book. I will admit that in the beginning there were a few times I got a little bored and at first I found the characters to be just a little too cliche in their personality types. But just as slowly as Taryn and Holly fell in love I fell in love with them. It ended up being a wonderful story about growing and learning to take chances in your lives and with the people in them. It was about letting go of sadness and loss, and boldly going forward and living life to its fullest. The author did a great job of painting the beautiful landscape of Italy where this book was set and I was salivating at all the food they got to try. Somewhere along the way of listening this book captured me and by the end I loved it and was so glad I gave it a chance.

This was my first book by both the author and narrator and I found them to be excellently paired Missy Cambridge delivered a fantastic narration and her accents were spot on for both the international characters and the southern ones. She was a complete joy to listen to.

I say give this book a chance!

I have a secret. A secret that chased me away from my home, my family, away from the only man I've ever loved. I took that secret and pushed it down inside of me.So far down, that it never had a chance of coming out. That dirty little secret was like a seed. A seed that took root and grew to become a piece of me. But what happens when that secret has finally outgrown me? When its vines climb over every wall I have in place? When it finally overfills that little spot inside of me that it's been buried in for so long now? All secrets come out eventually.

Striker and Lexi hey grew up together and were high school sweethearts. Then on the night they were supposed to leave town together after graduation she runs away with out a word Now,10 years later shes back in town.

I love second chance stories because the connection that Lex and Striker shared was undeniable. It They were able to understand one another past the walls of protection they both had built for themselves and were able to push through them to know what each other really needed. There were some unexpected twists and turns along the way but after years of heartache and longing will Striker and Lexi get their HEA?

The narration was very well done, bringing the story to life. The story was was good but maybe a little generic, I didn’t really find that it stood out amoung all the other second chance stories I’ve read. Over all though I enjoyed it and I can’t wait to check out more by these two!

A fascinating look into the life of a tortured genius. Using Van Gogh's letters as a primary source, the author discusses the artist's life, his approach to his work, and his mental illness. The letters vividly show the artist's life was no bed of roses. Whereas Van Gogh perfectly knew what was sellable, he continued to produce what he considered as honest, truthful art, regardless of current taste.

It was fun to see the inside of such an incredible mind though.

I love this series! Fred and Watson’s adventures are the perfect escape from every day life. I adore Watson’s grumpy but still inquisitive attitude and the way Fred manages to fall into investigating each case. She is so relatable and yet inspiring in how she’s managed to follow her dreams. Fred’s journey to opening her bookstore and unofficial job as town investigator has quickly become one of my favorite stories. The narration is so wonderful and perfect for bringing this naturally curious duo to life. This cozy little mystery isn’t just for the holiday season and I already can’t wait for what will happen next!

Ryan is the last unmated omega from the original group that settled at the lodge. He's the runt of the pack. The beloved kid brother that everyone adores. Now he's all grown up, and has seen the joy that his friends all share with their mates. Ryan claims that he doesn't want a mate. He'd rather be alone than to be bossed around by yet another person who doesn't really see past his bratty exterior to the real man that lies beneath.

Ryan and Ivan’s story was my least favorite of the series so far. I felt like the story line was forced to follow what the author felt like it should have been instead of allowed to follow its own natural progression. Over all I still enjoyed it, but there were a few areas I enjoyed less that others, especially following Oskars book, which was so wonderful.

Ryan is known around the lodge as the bratty little brother of Luke and after having been rescued at a young age, he’s been a bit spoiled. Ivan scents him as his fated mate right away and instantly calls him out on his behavior. But will Ryan accept the dominant alpha or will his bratty omega tendencies interfere with love and fate?

I struggled a little bit with the level of brattiness that everyone claimed Ryan had, it just didn’t coincide with what I had been shown in previous books or this one. He had his sassy moments but overall I don’t feel like I was really given a taste of his bratty side. Up until this point I had a positive opinion of Ryan and had only see all of the pack members to be supportive to everyone, so the constant harping that he got from everyone in the pack felt out of place and unbelievable. There also seemed to be a bit of a daddy/boy dynamic that the tried to go for between Ivan and Ryan that I just wasn’t feeling. In the end their connection didn’t really develop for me and compared to the rest of the books, this one fell short.

Agan! The narration was nothing less than phenomenal in this book!

Maxx has been waiting for a mate of his own. He's watched every alpha in his pack from his older brother to his best friends, all couple up one by one with omegas to call their own. Maxx has always believed in fate, and he knows that Fenris above has the perfect wolf fated to be his mate. It's just a matter of when they will meet. Oskar doesn't believe in fated mates, nor does he want a mate at all for that matter. After dealing with a vicious ex, Oskar doesn't want to ever have to answer to an alpha again. Besides, who would want an over-sized Alpha looking Omega like him anyway? What he doesn't expect, is to meet a little wolf alpha that makes his big bear heart turn to goo.

OK this was by far my favorite book of the series so far, Oskar is amazing!

This is a wonderful story about Oskar who comes to stay with the pack for reasons only a few know about. He is easily mistaken for an alpha due to his unusually large size, but he is in face an omega. Maxx instantly scents him and knows that the heartbreakingly sweet Oskar is his fated mate. It takes Maxx some convincing though to persuade Oskar to look through the horrors of his past, value himself, and follow his heart.

Oskar and Maxx simultaneously broke my heart and healed it. Oskar’s history was so rough and he really deserved unwavering belief and support that Maxx was able to provide him. I loved the way that he was so openly accepted into the pack and how despide what he was lead to believe his whole life, everyone worked to show him that his size and stature made no difference on him as an omega.

The narration was perfect! I even went back to check that the narrator was the same as the previous because his range of voices is so incredible. His accent is fantastic and the more I listen to him the more I continue to be blown away by how talented he is!

The dynamic between these two was is one of my favorite heelin stories. If you have to pick just one from the series this is it!
