I’m a novice investor and this book had great information and is easy to follow. There are other core books he recommends which I will look into as well.Haven’t listen a lot of financial books lately, but thought this covered a lot of the main fundamentals. Overall good.

I have suffered with mild anxiety for years. Recently I began to have panic attacks. I've looked at other books that didn't really seem to give any true steps towards changing the behaviors that lead to anxiety and panic attacks. I stumbled upon this book at a day spa. It is a quick listen but really helps you understand what you can do at the time you feel an attack coming on to ward it off. Life is a journey, there are no easy answers but this book points you in the right direction.

This is by far the most attainable clean eating plan I've come across. None of the recipes are too hard, or have an insane amount of ingredients that you most likely would not have in your pantry already. The collection of recipes is by far the best I've come across in a clean eating plan. They're also made to make reasonable portions so it's great for a family, and even better for a single person because you'll have leftovers; they even comment on how some recipes leftovers are utilized in the next day or twos recipes. The plan they have laid out does require preparation on your part, but I think it is worth a shot.

Great Book. For me, quotes are the way the great people thought. These quotes are the guiding light for these people. Whenever I saw a good quote, I use to make a note of it, as it was hard to find all good quotes at one place. This book does just that.
