Enjoyed the story. It does require more concentration to keep up with all the characters than I gave. Might be easier for some to read rather than listen to.

Quick listen. Nice to have on while doing other things. She grew up in NY city above a library. I didn't know that was a thing. I wish I had grown up above or next door to a library.

This was definitely out of my regular wheel house. Good story, good narration, kind of hard to believe the characters were 13 years old. They seemed like high schoolers or college age in their behaviors.

Starts out hysterical! I laughed outloud. Ending gets a little deep. Quick listen. Nice to have on in background while working on things that don't require too much detail.

I really enjoyed listening to this. It filled in some gaps of her early life prior to my being being born. I relived the major Monarchy moments that happened during my timeline. My mom & I watched Princess Di's wedding in her house when I was a teen. We watched Princess Di's funeral in my home when I was an adult.
There were many other memories of other significant events too.

I enjoyed this story. It takes place over many different time periods. Warning there are a couple sexual scenes. The story itself is about how Elizabeth became a witch & her travels through time. The narrator did a great job with all the characters.

Fantastic story of old Paris, WW2, friendships, modern day NY, modern day decisions & WW2 decisions that affect lifetimes for all those who survived. Must read if you like back stories of WW2 survivors & how they cope with existing through rough times.
