Fake boyfriends for a week? Yes, please. Carter Olson never expected he’d get a chance to date his older brother’s best friend, Rip Taylor. Wished for it? Yes. Fantasized about it? Possibly too much. But ever thought it would actually happen? Not in a million years, since Rip is straight. But even if it’s just to try and win a gay game show, having Rip for a boyfriend - even a temporary/pretend one - is still the best thing to happen to Carter in...well, ever.

I really liked this book and found it at a time when I needed this kinda of romance. The story was well written, full of swoon worthy moments, and low on angst. The one misunderstanding about three quarters into it was on that was easy to see coming and I'm glad that the author wrapped it up fast rather than making it a really huge deal. We deal with misunderstandings every day in our lives but it's our responses to them and how we handle everything moving forward that makes or breaks a relationship of any kind. The ending....OMG...I absolutely LOVED the epilogue!!!! That's all I'm going to say...no spoiler :)

The narration here is spot on and wonderfully done. I immediately looked for other books read by JR Warlow but couldn't find any. I sincerely hope he does more because he is fantastic. The voices were easy to determine, the emotions were heard in his voice, and every thing else........yes please!!!!

Forensic investigator Dustin Reed stopped believing in fairytale romance in high school. Ever since his best friends scared off his loser ex, he's been a chronically single scrawny geek, afraid of being used. Love blossoms around him, while his family wants him to get hitched to the right class of man. All he can seem to find is hookup app encounters, but Dustin wishes someone would sweep him off his feet for love, too. After his tour of duty, now-forensic photographer Leo Sanderson is glad to be home.

I have been waiting for Dustin's story to be on audible and man was it worth the wait. Wonderful story, very sweet with very low angst. I really enjoyed getting to see all of the Significant Brothers again and how they interact with one another. I love chosen families and this is one of my favorite ones. Dustin and Leo are so perfect for each other and their relationship was fun. I did want to string up Dustin's parents though, they can go, like now. I am anxiously looking forward to the next one in this series coming to audible and I hope it's Greg Boudreaux again because he makes these stories so very much better with his voice.

I really enjoyed this story! The narration is very well done and adds to the overall experience of this story. Taylor comes to Mikaels den and stirs things up in a good way. Mikaels automatic acceptance of Taylor is heartwarming. Then we get to see Taylor's brother Sean again while he falls head over heels for his two mates Colin and Jules who are perfect for him. Finally in the last story Diego brightens Stefans life like only a jaguar shifter can and we get to see the overall storyline get wrapped up beautifully. very enjoyable even the second time around!!!

I have really enjoyed this series from the beginning. I have been looking forward to Zeke's turn at finding his fated mate ever since he gave his brother and Boomer such a hard time. Pax definitely gives Zeke more than the handful that he deserves. At first I was really upset at how Pax treated Zeke and I wanted to throttle him but then I realized that I am exactly like Pax hahaha. The not wanting to be coddled and getting totally focused to the point of not wanting to be messed with, yea I can totally relate. I was glad to see the two of them work through it and find a good balance that worked for both of them. The way Zeke handles his side of things is remarkable in the face of what he is up against but he figures out a way to love Pax just the way he is. The narration was great, Colin Darcy has done an awesome job with this series!

This is the first book in this series that isn't actually about one of the Riley Brothers but the MCs are both friends of Cam's so there is a tie there. Kevin and Matty are extremely cute in their interactions with one another and their journey to a relationship is sort of slow because they aren't sure how to handle their careers. The story is very sweet with very little angst making it an enjoyable listen for an easy afternoon. I really enjoyed the story of these two getting to know each other, hanging out, and letting the relationship grow. Matty's friends are awesome with how they handle everything and it was very heartwarming to see them so ready to defend Kevin and include him as if he had always been a part of their inner circle. It was awesome getting to hear from the Riley brothers as well and I loved the ending! There was never any doubt that Michael Pauley would do an excellent job with the narration so no surprise there.

I am really enjoying this series and this installation was no different. The story is well written and flows easily, especially with Nick Russo doing the narration. Guy, Dakota, and Asher are perfect for each other and they really even each other out. I will admit that it took me almost the entire book to completely like Dakota, he made it hard to not want to slap him sometimes but on the same hand he fits into this relationship perfectly. I don't think Dakota and Asher would have been able to hold on to each other without Guy there to bridge the gap between them and that is why this was such a wonderful story. I'm looking forward to the next book and really hoping that we get Monty's story at some point.

Hollydale and all it's magic have struck again. Luke and Grazer get a lot more than either of them thought possible when the cute little bunny in this story gets involved in their love story. Luke is the adorable omega in this story and Grazer is the all consuming alpha. These two definitely get a rocky start with the secrets that Luke has kept and the surprises coming Grazer's way but they both handle it all, bunny included. By this time in the series everyone in Hollydale has come to expect that some sort of magic will always be involved so when the bunny and his painted eggs show up it's not really a surprise to these two men. Grazer and Luke do a wonderful job of trying to overcome the obstacles they are faced with in the beginning and after they start to become a family they both still have some learning and changing to do. This was a cute, low angst, magically romantic story and Drew Bacca did a wonderful job with the narration. I don't think there is a better narrator for this series and I am definitely looking forward to the next one!

Another great book in the Significant Brothers series! I have been looking forward to Roman and Oscar's story ever since it was hinted about in the previous book and I worried that their friends would cause them a lot of drama but they don't. Roman and Oscar are beautiful together and their relationship is such a sweet build from just chemistry (or what they assume is just chemistry) to something that is so very much more. These two had to learn how to communicate with each other but there wasn't a bunch of unnecessary drama because they would quickly fix their little oopsies and find their way into each other's arms. I like how E. Davies always adds that little something that people deal with in everyday life and shows how to handle it, like Roman's issue with his co-worker who I wanted to throttle. And then you have Oscar who is thrown a serious curve ball in his life plans but he learns to overcome it and find a different way to be who he wants to be despite his "ex" being a complete and utter jerk face. Overall the story has low angst and lots of sweet moments, all wonderfully and masterfully narrated by Greg Boudreaux! I'm definitely looking forward to the stories for the rest of the Significant Brothers!

Another great story in the Team A.L.P.H.A. universe! I have read this whole series and it is wonderful and I knew the audible version of Boomer and David's story would be awesome, I wasn't wrong :) Boomer and David are perfect for each other even if they weren't fated mates. Boomer is hilarious in the way that he handles the animosity coming from David's brothers and I love the fact that David stands up to his brothers in Boomer's defense. All these two can hope for is that when the twins find their mates they are able to repay some of the troubles they give them (I won't give any secrets away since I've already read their stories). The background story that started in the beginning of the series is still ongoing but this does not end on a cliffhanger. It's interesting to see how Susi Hawke and Crista Crown build the story throughout the series and they definitely don't disappoint on the mates stories! I'm looking forward to hearing the next in this series. Colin Darcy did an awesome job with the narration as always, it was easy to differentiate between the voices and fun to listen to, I laughed quit a bit during this installation!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this entire series and this installation was no different. There are times when second chances shouldn't be given but in this situation it works beautifully. Learning about Ben's past and his struggles since the fire was heartbreaking and it was just as heartbreaking to hear what Zach went through since their break up. These two wonderful men have so many hurdles to overcome that their HEA is very well deserved. Ben and Zach both had to learn to be more open with each other and to share more of their pasts that they had held back the first time around but through communication and true love they are able to find what they need.I had a hard time understanding Seth's side of things (Zach's brother) but part of me can completely understand at the same time. The last few chapters and the way this story ended seemed to be the most perfect way it could have ended for these two individuals and I love that the author brings in an awareness of real life struggles to her books.

Ever since I read Josh's story I had been waiting for Ben's and I'm so glad I didn't have to wait too long because I think this one is my favorite up to this point. We get to see more of the couples from the first two books as well as the side characters. We also meet more characters which gives me the hope that this series will continue to grow as "Second Chance Island" grows.

Darcy Stark once again did an awesome job with the narration on this one. Very easy to listen to and very easy to determine which character is being read.
