What did you love best about Dealing with Stress?

This is an easy way to deal with stress that doesn't require much effort or even knowledge in meditation. Everything you need is there for you in the form of gentle instruction and multiple background settings to choose from. A pleasant way to get through life's hurdles, I'd say.

This does feel like hacking the mind in a natural, hollistic way. I enjoy the after effects of feeling more alert and better able to remember anything I'm learning or even what I had for breakfast yesterday (yes, I tend to forget random things like that). If I were still in college I'd definitely use this before studying for exams. I find it great for job performance as well.

I think in today's world it's easy to get swept away into the current of why you're not good enough. Messages are all over the places about what you need to change and how amazing you'd be if only you could change about 100 things about yourself. But, we are special NOW. We are worthy now, even with our imperfections. It's a little thing called self-love and acceptance that we need to practice, not more botox injections. I love this audio.

This is useful for every day meditation. It has a different background for the same chakra meditation, so I don't get bored listening to it on a daily basis. I like the beach theme and the guided imagery towards chakra balancing. Nice one!

Great affirmations for getting into a healthier mind frame about money and wealthy in general. You won't make more or attract more if you are subconsciously afraid of or unwelcoming towards money. This bundle really helps me get passed some of the roadblocks pertaining to how I feel about receiving more money. I am grateful to have found it!

So much of our fear is due to mental road blocks. You don't even know how much you are not reaching your goals or potential because of what you keep telling yourself. This is SO helpful in getting rid of those negative thoughts, those thoughts that keep you down and thinking you don't deserve what you desire. Wonderful audio.

This is an easy way to spark confidence within a relatively short amount of time. It's something I use before going out or trying something out of my comfort zone. Even when I have a challenging task at work, I remind myself of these affirmations and listen to the meditation again. It's been very helpful for me and a good mental shortcut.

I finally got around to listening to this audiobook after getting it the week before. I'm glad I did, because it helped me relax after a long day at work. Nothing like a stressful work day to get you to try meditation!

The instructions were straight forward, so even those without knowledge about poses and meditation can still get into it very quickly. There is no learning curve, you can just dive right in, which I found reassuring. I noticed some meditation that I tried before have to teach you a lot beforehand, which kind of kills the mood for me. I just want to relax. This session helped me do just that, so it was nice. Two thumbs up from me.
