Analysis

This book brought a smile to my face but I wouldn't call it funny, I didn't even chuckle.

Audible out did themselves

My husband has loved the Jungle Book for over 60 years. This audio version just blew us away, it was like you were listening to the movie.

for A type people

This book is an advertisement for his races. In the book Joe says that his races are for younger people and so is his advice. I've learned a lot of what he is teaching from my experiences in life without having to go to great extremes or feeling like a failure. Younger people should find some good advice between his references to his races.

I had my hopes up

I was so excited to see a new Jack Daniels book! First just let me say Bob is a very good narrator but when you have a series of books read by the same narrators, changing narrators threw me off. I kept getting lost between who was talking, Fin or Jack. I also didn't get those creepy cringing belly laughing reactions that I got from the last eight books, not sure if it was due to to the change of narrators, the authors writing or a combination of the two.

education

Unless one was visually handicapped being a child from the 50's, we were all the same. In my family it was "nothing is wrong with your brother". Just 2 years ago a friend told me to look up Asperger in regarding my brother, I found that this is his bio! I have since read up on Asperger's but this book gives me some incite on how he thinks. Although Daniel is functional in different ways than my brother I now have more of an understanding of what world my brother lives in and when I can educate him to the "new world" and when I need to let things go.

All about the stalking

This book is written by the view of a stalker. This book brings you inside the head of a crazy person who functions well in society.
I understand the pros and cons of liking this book, it is written in detail about the stalkers point of view and could be considered slow and repetitive at times.

Didn't pick up on "True Calling" in the title

I'm sure most people would not notice but I was turned off, to much reference to God for me, I couldn't finish the book.

yawn

I kept waiting for something interesting to happen. I would put this book in the safe category, no cursing, action, romance or suspense. The fads held my interest and growing up in the 60's & 70's some of the fads did bring back memories and made me chuckle, but this book was just a little to slow and uneventful for me.

annoyed at first

It took me about 2 hours before I got the humor and then I realized that Phil Gigante's voice was perfect! I have never liked any kind of space/future for lack of words star trek movies or books until now. I will be picking up more books from this series, it was a lot of fun.

Not my cup of sweet tea

I liked the concept of the book but I didn't like Melanie. I was annoyed and frustrated with the bossy, coy southern bell that doesn't like dogs and yet gets annoyed that someone gives her inherited dog some toys! I didn't like the fact that she specialized in selling old homes and yet hates everything not modern.
I would put this book in the young romance section, a predictable story, no curse words, romance?....a couple of kisses and sleeping on the couch, oh hum.
