Very good book. Basically some of the same concepts learned through Good to Great, and other 80/20 type books. spot on that you should spend time with your best customers most. Definitely worth a read.

I will start with I am always looking for another edge, and this book has lots of great ideas on change. Small changes to things you do daily can make huge changes in your world. Highly recommend this one.

This book seemed to drag on some parts. Overall really good did not understand why so much time was spent on the Rosa Parks stuff. Although it's a great story it seemed a little superfluous for the book.
