I loved getting to see more of what makes Simon who he is. I also liked that we got to see small glimpses of characters we all fell in love with in the Mageri. The all around story was interesting and flowed well. A great book from start to finish. Also Nicole Poole did a fantastic job narrating this audio book.

Delivering a rare book to a valued customer is definitely part of mild-mannered archivist Anna Whitfield's job description. You know what isn't? Protecting her precious cargo from midflight theft by the very pilot who is flying her to Half-Moon Hollow...while trying to appear as unappetizing as possible to the only other passenger, a vampire. Undead bookstore owner Jane Jameson could be waiting a very long time for her book. Possibly forever.

For romance writer Roxy St. James, living in Nocturne Falls also means a fresh start. And as soon as her unbearable ex signs the divorce papers, that new beginning will be a reality. Unfortunately, her ex doesn't seem ready to let her go and the subtle threats he's been making leave her no choice but to confide in her oh-so-handsome neighbor, who just happens to be a deputy with the sheriff's department. But Officer Alex Cruz isn't just the law. He's also a panther shifter, a secret he's sworn to keep.

This is the third book in the Boundary Magic Series and it didn't let me down. In this story something is attacking the Vampires in Colorado and Lex, Quinn and their friends try to find out who and why. While the story moves along Lex learns a lot about her background and the background of boundary magic. Throughout this series Lex has been dealing with the fact that she is a boundary witch and everything that involves and how it affects her life and in this book we see this to a greater extent. Loved seeing how her and Quinn's relationship has grown and how her friendship with Lily and Simon has also grown. It was a fast read from beginning to end and all around fantastic story. I listened to the audio book and wanted to say that Kate Rudd did a great job narrating it.

Miss Frost Solves a Cold Case is the first book in the Jayne Frost series and I really enjoyed it. It is based out of Nocturne Falls but it had a different feel the Nocturne Falls series itself. Jayne Frost is the daughter of Jack Frost (The Winter King) and the niece to Kris Kringle (Santa). She is sent by her father on behalf of her uncle Kris to the Santa's Workshop store in Nocturne Falls to investigate why so many employees are quitting. Loved Jayne's character who is a well rounded awesome heroine and I can't wait to read more about her. There are also some other great supporting characters in this story which I can't wait to learn more about in future stories as well. An all around geat and fun read. I listened to the audio book and wanted to say that Hollis McCarthy did a fantastic job narrating it.

Ophelia Lambert, 400-year-old vampire princess and college freshman, suddenly finds herself domesticated by humans and forced to suffer the indignities of dorm rooms, communal bathrooms, and a roommate with sticky fingers. As a thief, I'm good at three things: hiding in the shadows, getting in and out unseen, and uncovering secrets. I put these skills to work for the Sinclair Family, one of the magical mobs that run the tourist town of Cloudburst Falls. Everyone knows Victor Draconi wants to take over all the other Families - and kill every last Sinclair. What they don't know is that I'm on to him, and no way will I let the man who murdered my mom get away with hurting all the other people I care about.
