Mark Twain once observed, "A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth can even get its boots on." His observation rings true: urban legends, conspiracy theories, and bogus public-health scares circulate effortlessly. Meanwhile, people with important ideas (business people, teachers, politicians, journalists, and others) struggle to make their ideas "stick". In this indispensable guide, we discover that sticky messages of all kinds draw their power from the same six traits.

Where did I Stick it?

The concepts of the book are very good. The concepts would be helpful to anyone that has to present information/ideas to others. There are lots of examples of what works and what doesn't. I get so caught up in the telling of the examples, that I forgot the point that was trying to be made. At one point, I wondered if the authors followed their teaching while writing the book. I still got a lot out of the book and I'll listen/read this book again.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this book and would recommend it to anyone. This audio book had good contents and good presentation.

Imagine, just 12 weeks from now, having the lean, healthy body you've always wanted and not having to turn your life upside down to get it. Imagine having the energy to be at your peak from dawn to dusk, having the confidence to do all the things you've been putting off, having the certainty to make the right decision at the right time, and knowing that you really do have the power to change, not just your body, but anything in this world you set your mind to.

Not the same as Printed Book

I was expecting to be able to switch between the audio book and the printed book, but these are not the same. I like to listen to the book as I'm reading the hard copy. I couldn't do this with this book. I was very disappointed.

The material is good stuff, I recommend the contents to anyone, I was just hoping for an audio version of the printed book.
