In this paradigm shifting book, Dale Bredesen, MD, offers real hope to anyone looking to prevent and even reverse Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline. Revealing that AD is not one condition, as it is currently treated, but three, The End of Alzheimer's outlines 36 metabolic factors (micronutrients, hormone levels, sleep) that can trigger "downsizing" in the brain. The protocol shows us how to rebalance these factors using lifestyle modifications like taking B12, eliminating gluten, or improving oral hygiene.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This book is full of useful and cutting edge information, however the level of detail needs a corresponding PDF reference to review the actual recommendations and protocol.

In a world of self-driving cars and big data, smart algorithms and Siri, we know that artificial intelligence is getting smarter every day. Though all these nifty devices and programs might make our lives easier, they're also well on their way to making "good" jobs obsolete. A computer winning Jeopardy might seem like a trivial, if impressive, feat, but the same technology is making paralegals redundant as it undertakes electronic discovery, and is soon to do the same for radiologists.

This book is a great overview of technology and is probably great for older folks/grandparents who have never heard of nano bots, AI, machine learning etc. If you regularly keep up with tech, there are much better ways to spend your time.

The audiobook will explore Trump's view on key issues including the economy, big CEO salaries and taxes, health care, education, national security, and social issues. Of particular interest will be his vision for complete immigration reform, beginning with securing the borders and putting American workers first.

Read the book, see about the man and the plan he has for America vs the media's opinion/onslaught against him...attempting to bash him/get Hillary into office. I wasn't a trump fan before, but now I'm seeing him in a different light.

Adam rips parenthood a new one, telling it straight about what adults must do if they don't want to have to support their kids forever. Using his own crappy childhood as a cautionary tale, and touting the pitfalls of the kind of helicopter parenting so pervasive today, Daddy, Stop Talking is the only parenting book you should ever read.
