Left me wanting a little more at the end.

Great narration too.

I'm breaking up with setups. No more “you should meet my son, nephew, grandson, the butcher, the guy down the street who mows my lawn.” People mean well, but machines know better, so I'll rely on the great dating algorithms of the web to find my ideal man, thank you very much. Soon enough, it looks like I’ve found him - his screen name is Lucky Suit, and he’s hilarious, quick-witted, and full of heart. But when we finally get together in person, I have the distinct feeling I’ve met him before. Funny enough - he says the same thing about me.

Seventeen-year-old Reagan seems like the perfect small-town girl. Dubbed a saint by her older brother, Lincoln, she serves the community, makes straight A’s, attends church, spends her summers working with special needs children, and is a piano-playing prodigy. When you’re the daughter of the mayor and the police chief in a sleepy Kansas town, toeing the line is easier than the alternative. That is, until her brother’s best friend changes the rules.

A new school means a fresh start. So long Ronnie Smith, invisible tomboy, and hello Veronica, popular new hottie. This is my chance to finally be seen...and kissed. The only problem? I'm not the only one from my old school who's transferred to Briarwood High. Drew Remi is here, too, and he's still the same wildly popular baseball star. He's also the only person who can ruin my new life. But he can only rat me out if he recognizes me.... So, why am I so upset when he doesn't have a clue who I really am?

I love this entire series. The writing, the flow, the insane chemistry between characters.
It's so good, it hurts. This book is a fantastic wrap for the Bargainer. And I'm already missing these characters.

Now, the narrator, Susannah Jones, what an amazing job she did capturing the personalities and essence of the characters as well as creating unique voices for them. The narration is so clean and so seamless, I was completely lost in the story.

This book and series needs way more than 5 starts.

The performance was excellent and what you'd expect from Sebastian York and Virginia Rose. But the story itself felt a bit drawn out even tough this book is just a little over 6 hours. This might have been because the story spans over several years.

But my main gripe with this book is that it didn't go in deep enough. There was just a lot of telling, and as the reader I was just an outside observer. The narrative did not draw me in or gave me the feels. A lot of the initial action was off the page and told in the narrative. So as the reader/listener it left me on the outside of the story.
