Could have loved it, if it weren't for the outros
I really wanted to love this series. I have used it, and the methods actually work. It was beautiful, I thought I was going to sleep on time for once, but then it happened.
The dreaded outer. The audio of the series goes of into a soft diminuendo. This just facilitates the sleeper drift off, but sadly once the session ends you get the most jarring outro possible.
"AUDIBLE HOPES YOU'VE ENJOYED.." In comparison to what you just listened to, you are now wide awake thinking someone broke into your room...
I really wanted to love this series, I really did....😔
