Two old dudes want to kill me. Oh, and one of them is my ancestor.... And after centuries of practice, they’re pretty good at the whole murder thing. But at least they want to kill each other just as badly. Now, I’ve taken down a Greek goddess, worn a Horseman’s mask, and I ride a homicidal unicorn who hates rainbows with a passion. Some might say sending two senior citizens to a permanent retirement home should be a breeze. It ain’t. Because that’s not my biggest concern. One of my friends is in danger, or possibly dying, and I need to get her back before her fiancé kills me.

The hits just keep coming for Nate Temple. A few short years ago, he was a simple millionaire with wizarding powers, and now....wow!

Shayne Silvers books keep getting more entertaining . He has created such a broad world with his words that I can honestly say, I am never bored, and the narrator brings the world to life

There is another of action, of course and a good mystery to be solved. The narrator is fantastic. I am looking forward to book 3.

I was looking for something to listen to that was funny and not too deep. This checked all the marks. To top it off , it is a ton of hours of listening pleasure for only one credit!

These stories are about what equates to a bunch of 'red shirts' (Red shirts were the cannon fodder in the Star Trek series) assigned to an old, crappy space ship and sent out on a (unknown to them) suicide mission.

These books are not for anyone looking for serious sci-fi space stories, but for those looking for something fun to listen too and are cool with dick jokes and innuendo.

After a high-school football star dies in a late-night motorcycle collision with a wild pig, the boy's wealthy father comes up with a creative scheme to rid Blanco County of the feral pests: He tattoos the ear of one particular pig, then offers a $50,000 reward for anyone who shoots it. Game warden John Marlin is not pleased-chiefly because the bounty is likely to bring a wave of poachers and trespassers to the area. The tension rises even higher when the death of the local boy turns out to be more complicated than it originally appeared.

I was a Teenager Weredeer is a YA murder mystery involving all sorts of different shifter murder mystery. Jane Doe (yes, that is her name) is the teen age Weredeer who is tasked with helping solve her best friends 'mean girl' sister. I really enjoyed the story line. Loved all the Buffy the Vampire Slayer references. Disliked all the "that's racist" injected into so many conversations. It tended to throw me out of the conversation/story.

I really enjoyed the narrarator. She did a great job of bringing the story to life for me. Now, I am off the pick up book two in the series
