It was good but shortish. Maybe because I already saw most of the episodes. Good narroration. They could have chose a better set of episodes to reenact, but that may just be my preference as well.

A rich and varied collection of contemporary short stories, extracts from novels, and poetry that will go a long way toward informing the English-speaking world of the latest developments in Iranian literature. This sampling - or to use the Farsi term golchine, a bouquet - provides a window onto an important but sorely neglected segment of world culture. We hope it will also serve to awaken further interest in the work and in translations of Iranian novelists and poets.

Where does Strange Times, My Dear rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

What a great idea! I feel like I can finally relate to a culture that has been isolated from us from so long. Great person who decided to connect our cultures. I hope this book becomes successful! I will write a longer review when I'm completely finished with this audio...

Dr. Richard Carrier, world-renowned philosopher and historian, explains the four reasons he does not accept the Christian religion, describing four facts of the world that, had they been different, he would believe. Those four reasons are God's silence, God's inaction, the lack of evidence, and the way the universe looks exactly like a godless universe would, and not at all like a Christian universe would, even down to its very structure. Dr. Carrier addresses all the usual replies to these claims.
