I'm breaking up with setups. No more “you should meet my son, nephew, grandson, the butcher, the guy down the street who mows my lawn.” People mean well, but machines know better, so I'll rely on the great dating algorithms of the web to find my ideal man, thank you very much. Soon enough, it looks like I’ve found him - his screen name is Lucky Suit, and he’s hilarious, quick-witted, and full of heart. But when we finally get together in person, I have the distinct feeling I’ve met him before. Funny enough - he says the same thing about me.

I love Lewis Black but there is not enough content here to justify the price. You get intro and ending taking up time you paid for and the shows don't que. 5 mins is NOT a "show".

Successful but shy, Seattle art dealer Mattie Sharpe fell hard for handsome, outspoken, professional adventurer Hugh Abbott. When he broke her heart and returned to his South Sea island home, Mattie vowed she'd only meet him again over her - or better, his - dead body. When they do meet again, it's over someone else's dead body - and now they're running for their lives through a tropical paradise. Hugh's talking fast to make up for his mistake. Mattie's not listening...until his gentle touch ignites a white-hot fusion, and she gives in. But Hugh's past is catching up with them.

Seattle gallery owner Virginia Troy has spent years battling the demons that stem from her childhood time in a cult and the night a fire burned through the compound, killing her mother. And now one of her artists has taken her own life, but not before sending Virginia a last picture: a painting that makes Virginia doubt everything about the so-called suicide - and her own past. Like Virginia, PI Cabot Sutter was one of the children in the cult who survived that fire - and only he can help her now.

I'm surprised at the negative comments. I've stopped reading another favorite author because her characters have become too 1 dimensional and she substitutes long sex scenes. I do believe our texting/twitter society is turning many into a bunch of distracted nitwits. Thankyou for a story with depth! As for the narration I would rather listen to a calmly read book than one filled with annoying false voices. Better yet hire a mail and female reader. Given what we pay for these books one more salary for the production company shouldn't be too onerous...

CF has simply taken the skeleton of her Dark series and transferred it to a different family and paranormal talent. She starts with the "prince" who finds a woman, giving hope to all the rest of his extended family...sound familiar? Too often her male characters are too paternal and correct women, controlling their silly behaviours.(Mans point of view) They get what they want, the women rarely do. Too much sex and repetition of basic concepts. I was hoping for something new here. To bad...
