This was a great book. I wanted a hard copy to look back on and was disappointed there was not one, however I would recommend this book to anyone needing to learn the tools to improve their energy.

Do you want to save hours a day and do more in less time? Feel productive instead of stressed, defeated, and overwhelmed? If (1) you wonder where your time goes, (2) you can't motivate or organize yourself, and (3) you struggle to buckle down and concentrate when it really matters - newsflash! Your to-do list is not cutting it anymore. You need to develop superhuman focus and all that comes with it. Superhuman Focus teaches the most important of skills - the ability to get stuff done.

Everyone should read this book!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I recommended this book because I had a couple of moments when listening to this that I said to myself 'that explains a lot'. My friend was complaining about their 'life' and it sounded like what the book talks about. My friend went and listened to this book and agreed, this is a must read/listen to book.
Which scene was your favorite?
The whole book is excellent, but I enjoyed chapter 3 and 9 because it was what I was struggling with personally.
Any additional comments?
I bought this book as an audible, however it was so good that I bought a hard copy for using to reference back to occasionally.
