What made the experience of listening to Angel 6.0: Concubine the most enjoyable?

Having read the book & LOVING it, I found listening to Angel's story gave it so much more depth. I actually felt Angel's anguise when she finally understands that her lover lied to her, I think Rachel Orlin brought Angel to life with her naration.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved how unique this story is, Travis got into the head of his character, Angel is still young, by human years but being born into an adults body & un-familiar with to the many human flaws.

Which scene was your favorite?

I think my favourite scene was when Angel evades The Gran when they first arrive at Nugene Station.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The ride that changes Angel's life has begun.

Any additional comments?

While Travis' writing takes us on a dark, steamy & twisted journey, Rachel's naration takes it that one step further, by adding a depth to it, as well as an inocence to Angel that wasn't there whislt reading her story. I can't wait to listen to the rest of Angel's story.

What did you love best about Alien's Bride, Book One?

I LOVED the whole idea behind this story, I loved how Maritza held heslef together after waking up in the future & in the company of aliens, yes she did freak out just a little, but what person wouldn't?

What other book might you compare Alien's Bride, Book One to and why?

Hmmm I don't really like comparing books/ audiobooks with others, it's not really fair.

What does Rose DeMarco bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I thought Rose brought a new depth to Maritza's character, yes she was in a whole new time period & in company of aliens, but she barely freaked out. As I haven't read the book, I can't really say much more.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did listen to this book in one sitting, it was short enough & kept my attention all through out.

Any additional comments?

Hmm now I need to know if Maritza finds out the truth for herself, I was left wondering, especially when the book ended & we just heard from the women through the domestic robots.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Cowbear's Secret Christmas Baby to be better than the print version?

I liked both versions equally, one allowed you to imagine everything, the other allowed you to listen & be able to do chores, bake, craft... anything.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Cowbear's Secret Christmas Baby?

There were quite a few memorable moments...
When Rachel knows she HAS to talk to Brady about his son's sickness... actually there where ALOT of moments in this story & to mention any more, well that would spoil the audiobook & book for anyone new.

Which scene was your favorite?

Hmmm without giving any spoilers, there's the scene in the hospital where Mac thunders in, he's not very happy... Rachel's mum leads him away, not giving Mac a chance.... again there were plenty more, but I don't want to ruin it for someone who hasn't listened or read this book series.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I'm so NOT good at making up tag lines....
Christmas at Curvy Bear Ranch, has just been hit by a storm!

Any additional comments?

I LOVED listening to this book & even though I'd read the book & knew what was coming, Beth Roeg added a little something extra to it all. In the hard scenes where I'd previously had tears, I got them again, possibly even more that before. I can't wait to listen to the rest of this series & more from Beth.

Where does Ride rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I don't have rankings for my books/audiobooks, that's like asking a parent which of their children is the favourite, such an unfair question. I LOVE all of them for different reasons.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Ride?

1. Where Niall has shown Felicity his Puca, they've been for a ride, during the first kiss, she breaks away & walks back to her hotel... 2. When the magic communication mirror is activated by Niall's father through the Veil & he catches Niall & Felicity in the act.....

Which character – as performed by Erin Mallon – was your favorite?

I LOVED Niall, the accent Erin did was done well, then Felicity felt more alive whilst I was listening... I also liked Cyn & Thomas

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Usually if I cry whilst reading a book, I'd cry when listening to one... there were moments of suspense & some laughs...

Any additional comments?

Having read Niall & Felicity's story, which I loved, being able to listen to it as well, brought a whole new dimension to the story.

Would you listen to Esher: Winter Valley Wolves #7 again? Why?

I would definitely listen to Esher again, as I loved the story & how it was narrated.

What other book might you compare Esher: Winter Valley Wolves #7 to and why?

I don't like to compare books or audiobooks.

Have you listened to any of Erin deWard’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I've listened to Ergan & Brindle from Erin's performance list, it was just as good a listen as the other two where.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The moment Andi realises she's very sick again, but this time she has no way of getting the same miracle treatment as she did back in college....

Any additional comments?

I loved finally learning all the back story for Andi & Esher, although they'd spent alot of time apart over the years, the situation that brings them back together... well it was both wonderful & a tear jerker.

What made the experience of listening to Fated the most enjoyable?

I loved being able to be immersed in the lives of the Winter Valley Wolf pack pack, I especially loved listening to Alpha Paul & Caroline finally start to flirt for real.

What did you like best about this story?

How Alpha Paul, even though he'd been in mourning, couldn't keep his mind off of Caroline... but he wasn't ready yet for what they could have had.

Which scene was your favorite?

Fav scene... hmmm.... when Caroline is at the supermarket looking her best (she'd been busy writing & very comfortable) when she spots Alpha Paul & the interraction that occurs there.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I DID listen to this all in 1 sitting.

Any additional comments?

I really loved listening to this audiobook, it made me laugh & cry... but possibly that could have been because I'd read the book prior to listening. I would love to listen to more from this book, author & narrator.

Is it bad that I loved the idea of Charm's rebellion against her father??? Then add on top the whole Angel/ Demon/ paranormal realms info...

What did you like best about this story?

EVERYTHING!! I was busy crafting, but found myself stopping throughout the narration to hear parts.

Have you listened to any of Rebecca Roberts’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I haven't listened to any of Rebbecca's previous performances, so I can't honestly compare.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed in a few places, but I didn't cry... that may differ if I was to read the book too.

Any additional comments?

I'm not sure why I haven't read this book, but having listened to it... I feel I must & soon, just so I can get a feel for the characters more. I can't wait to read/listen to what comes next in this series.

I would have to say it would depend on my mood & what I was doing for the day, sometimes I feel like reading & others I feel like listening.... I enjoyed both versions equally.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I would have to say my favourite character from Ergan, would be.... both Ergan & Kayla... Ergan because, even though he knows Kayla is his mate, he allows her to leave in the first place, but when she ends up staying in Winter Valley, he's there to protect her.
Kayla because, well she's sassy, know's what she wants, has a wicked imagination (even when her werewolf dream comes true)....

Which character – as performed by Erin deWard – was your favorite?

Hmmm I think Kayla was my favourite performed character, Erin made her just come to life!
