Rhys Fletcher is not in love with his sister-in-law. That would be a very, very bad idea, and he doesn’t entertain bad ideas. He also doesn’t lie to himself. Both of those things can’t be true, so he’ll do what he’s done since the long-ago night when his brother, Dylan, turned up in an Auckland bar after a brutal rugby match between their two teams, and introduced his new girlfriend - a dark-eyed, much-too-young girl named Zora. He’ll lie. Now, his brother’s gone, and Rhys is back in New Zealand and settling into his new job as the head coach of the Auckland Blues

I'm so glad Rosalind wrote another Escape to New Zealand book. I think this one may be my favorite (although I think I've said that before lol) She always draws you into the story. When I started listening this book I felt like I couldn't stop. She showed how families have so many secrets and how one leads to another and so on. It also shows how families can be stronger then they think when they have to. I LOVE the audible edition . Emma Wilder does such a great job with the accents, males as well as females and children too.

Brett Hunter’s life isn’t unicorns and rainbows, and it sure isn’t sparkles. He’s a businessman, a disciplined man, a money man, and if he ever believed in magic, it was a long time ago. He’s not a hero, and he doesn't play one on TV. Oh, and he really doesn't like the water. What’s he doing, then, on an Australian beach in a custom-made Italian suit, up to his waist in the waves and helping a red-haired mermaid save the day?

Rosalind James never ever disppoints me. I've read all of her books and listened to all of her audiobooks. Sexy as Sin is book 3 in the Sinful Montana series, but it definately could be a stand alone book. There are charecters fron the other 2 books but if you didn't know the stories you would never know. That's what I love about her series books. They could be all stand alone, but so much better when you read them all. Brett and Willow are so different yet the similarities are what brings them together. I like how they stay with each other through both of their issues that come up. As far as Emma Wilder is concerned I don't think anyone could do a better job. She does the different acents and men's voices so good sometime I forget there's only 1 narrater.
Although I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.”

Rafe Blackstone may play the sexiest werewolf superhero to ever melt a woman's...heart...on the big screen, but Lily Hollander has already been bitten once by an actor, and once was enough. When she's fooled all over again, it's time to put that wayward heart in lockdown mode, especially once Rafe starts aiming his overprotective streak at her identical twin. Lily may seem like the softer side of the twinship, but nobody messes with her sister.

I really love Rosalind James books & audiobooks.Once I start reading or listening I can't stop until I finish. This story is no exception. My favorite thing about her writing is that family is always so important and a big part of the books. Tempting as Sin is not a continuation of book 1 Guilty as SIn but it's best if you read that one first so you can relate all the characters that are in both books. Rafe and Lily are both relatable people and you root for both of them to come out ahead. As always i look forward to the next book by Rosalind James.
Emma Wilder does such an amazing job on the narration. She's one of my favorites. The accents and male voices are so good you sometimes forget it's the same narrator.

Marko Sendoa isn't a beach man. He's not an Auckland man. He's a hard man. Born Basque, raised in the heart of New Zealand's Southern Alps, and bred on hard work, discipline, and getting the job done. It's not easy for a rugby flanker to make it to age 32 at the top of his game, but he's done it. Next year is the Rugby World Cup, and he'll do whatever it takes to be on the field in the black jersey when the anthems are sung. He doesn't need a kitten. He doesn't need a pregnant cousin. He definitely doesn't need a too-short, distractingly curvy, totally unimpressed Maori barista.

Purchase

I've read all of Rosalind James books that she's written then listened to them as they've become available on audiobooks. To say she's one of my favorite romance writers is a given. She puts so much everyday problems, issues & happiness into her storyline and characters that you can always relate and empathise. This is the 11th book in her Escape to New Zealand series & I loved it as much as the 1st.All of the books are definatley stand alone but it's fun to see the characters from book to book. Just Hell No deals with some sensitive issues and she handled it so well as always. And Emma Wilder did an amazing job with all her character voices. I love listening to her.As ever I wait to see if there will be a next book in the series

There are secrets. There are guilty secrets. And then there's switching places with your twin. Paige Hollander and her identical twin Lily stopped switching places a decade ago. But Lily's run into trouble, and Paige is on leave from the SFPD, recovering from a traumatic shooting. It's not like she has anything better to do, and she remembers how to be feminine. Sort of. What I truly love about her books including Guilty as Sin is that even though there's always a really hot guy (thank God lol) but there's also a strong capable woman as well. And although it may not be on both sides there's always a strong family bond.
This was a great story with romance, steam, and some mystery to keep you interested from beginning to end. I can't wait for the next book to find out what happens with Lily & Rafe.

ALWAYS love reading Rosalind James books. She keeps you interested from the prologue right until the epilogue. Her characters are really believable because they're true to life . They could be your friends, family or neighbors. Evan and Beth are no exception. Their story spans on for 10 years. You can relate to both their hopes and fears, and relating to the idea that preconceptions are always able to be changed. I found myself totally getting both of them. And baby Gracie was just an added bonus! This is book 2 in the Portland Devils series but you definitely do no have to listen to book 1 first, but I advise it anyway because it's so good as well. Rosalind is great at writing books in a series. I love seeing the people over and over, once again not needing to listen to them all but I totally advise it because I love them all. I can't wait for book 3!!! My only issue is the narrator read it too fast. I had to go to my settings and slow it down.
Although I received a free copy of this audio book for my honest review I would definitely have purchased it anyway because I love these books. I was also not required to write a positive review. This opinion is my own!

I've read all of Rosalind James books and each time I say its my favorite but I really believe this is truly my favorite. I found myself constantly falling more in love with Kevin just for how much he loved Chloe and especially Zavy. He was a hero to thousands but the only hero that mattered was to family and the 2 people he loved most in the world. And as much as I admired Chloe for everything she did and she was a wonderful single mom a successful business owner and just a really good person I'd have to say Kevin is my favorite character in the book.I even liked all the lesser characters in the story. It was such a great addition to the Escape to New Zealand series. I hope it continues
I also think Emma Wilder makes the story even better with her narration. Her different accents, both male and female, and especially Zavy's voice. I really enjoy listening to her : )

I'm a big fan of Rosalind James. I enjoyed all of the series she's done and is continuing to do. I loved this part 4 of the Paradise, Idaho series. I always love that she makes the women in the books she writes strong and capable but able to lean on a man and ask for help when she need it. In this book Hallie is the woman who shows all those qualities and more and is able to stand up to her 1st love and become stronger for it. Jim is also a honorable man who can be a man's man and not be ashamed by it. I love Rosalinds books and always can't wait for the next one as soon as I've finished and this is no exception. There's love, conflict and some suspense to keep you engrossed right to the end.
The only problem I had was Brittany Pressley's voice for Jim. I thought she was great for the woman and children's voices and even the other men but I thought Jim's voice was hard to listen to.

There's that phrase, though. "How's that working out for you?" The answer, when it came to Hope Sinclair, was, "not so well". She might be little, she might be sweet, and she might be young, but if I'd thought she'd be compliant anywhere but in bed, I'd learned my lesson. To keep her, I had to let her go. To hold her, I had to turn her loose. To have her in my life, I had to accept that she was 9,000 miles away in New Zealand.

I loved this book as I do all of Rosalind James books. It's sad that the story has to end but of course all stories do.lol. There's such a growth in both Hemi and Hope through out the series it's great to read and understand the importance of the relationship between the the two of them. Had they both not changed some, for the better, the relationship would never have survived. I think the love they both have for their families was a key role in the bond between the two of them as well. And I loved Karen's character. She brought so much life and laughter into the story. I hope her story goes on.
I didn't think I could love this book more then I already did until I got the audible version. Emma Wilder is such a great narrator. The characters are all distinctive and her accents are amazing. I look forward to hearing from her again
