Man in the Brown Suit & 4:50 From Paddington
- By: Agatha Christie
- Narrated by: Emilia Fox, Joan Hickson
- Length: 15 hrs and 7 mins
Romance, adventure, and train travel can all be a little bit dangerous, especially in the hands of Agatha Christie. The Man in the Brown Suit: Pretty, young Anne came to London looking for adventure. In fact, adventure comes looking for her - and finds her immediately at Hyde Park Corner tube station. 4:50 From Paddington: For an instant the two trains ran together, side by side. In that frozen moment, Elspeth witnessed a murder. Helplessly, she stared out of her carriage window as a man remorselessly tightened his grip around a woman's throat....

Totally opposite reviews for these two
The performance of Ms Fox in The Man in the Brown Suit is great. I wasn't a big fan of the story.
Opposite for 4:50, I know she playing Miss Marple years ago but I found her voice wasn't pleasant and I had to strain to understand often. But I loved the story line in this one.

Go Set a Watchman
- A Novel
- By: Harper Lee
- Narrated by: Reese Witherspoon
- Length: 6 hrs and 57 mins
An historic literary event: the publication of a newly discovered novel, the earliest known work from Harper Lee, the beloved, best-selling author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning classic To Kill a Mockingbird. Originally written in the mid-1950s, Go Set a Watchman was the novel Harper Lee first submitted to her publishers before To Kill a Mockingbird. Assumed to have been lost, the manuscript was discovered in late 2014.

Awesome performance, story a let down
As a fan of TKAM, it was a big let down. But Ms Witherspoon did a wonderful job, I feel like she was the perfect voice for this. She really entertained me.
I'm glad I didn't buy the book and did audible instead for this one especially.
