Dark, powerful forces, willing to stop at nothing. A conspiracy deep-rooted throughout our institutions. A cyber attack. An EMP. Drone warfare. Americans caught in the crosshairs. Doomsday had begun. Author Bobby Akart once again masterfully tells a tale of a nation on the edge of societal collapse. For decades, Americans had found themselves increasingly at odds with one another - politically, socially, and culturally.

Another great book and performance. Bobby's books have helped me get through a stressful time. My parents aren't the healthiest people. I've been taking care of them for a few years. Audible books are a treasure. I wish we had them years ago went back and forth on a tractor or shoveled barns for hours. I'm looking forward or at my cellphone for the next gem.
Thanks

Denise Armstrong is a nurse, mother, widow, and military veteran. Raised by prepper grandparents, she learned at an early age to watch national and world events closely. She has been paying close attention to the economy, both around the world and at home. As she sees signs in her own community of the slowing of the economy, she begins to experience premonitions of a cataclysm to come.

Lots of characters but I figured it's not necessary to recall everyone's kids names.
I don't know anything about warfare but I do know birds shot can't do too much damage when it falls back down to earth. Yep as kids we...
I ended up really enjoying the story.
I recommend it if you are a fan of pepper fiction.

Thanj god for Audible. Nice way to pass time while out in the garden working. Including spending time with my aging parents who can watch CNN and the news most waking hours. JK Franks has the gift and skill to develope some fascinating characters. Some unexpected turns of events and plot twists make the story easier to listen to.
I'm schooled in economics so I like following the scientific babble which is enlightening.
Waiting for more stories. JK Frank's is well up There in the hundreds of dystopian novels
