Really enjoyed this audio. The hypnosis was great for inspiration, feeling more motivated. The affirmations, are quite effective in my opinion. I listen to the affirmations more now. Very nicely done.

Well done with a nice narration. Great for thinking and rethinking goals, setting better ones. Raising the bar on yourself. It's beautiful. Exactly what I wanted to be thinking about, the future, instead of worrying about the past.

I have a habit of wasting time and then feeling bad about it. It robs me of my energy, and I'm trying to change this habit. I like the butt-kick this gives me. It reminds me about my whys, my inspirations. I'm motivated after listening to this.

very nice for having more loving thoughts about yourself. Negative self talk can really bring you down. It's better to break that habit as early as possible.

I like the effects this hypnosis has on memory and clarity in general. I don't know if it's an awareness thing or something else, but I've definitely had an easier time with memory recall and getting rid of mental fog.
