Sierra Blake has returned home to Mill Hollows, Virginia. She's lost her job as a hotel marketing executive. She knew getting romantically involved with the son of the franchise owner was a bad idea. Turning down his marriage proposal left Sierra updating her resume and needing a change of scenery. Returning to the small football-loving town located in view of the Blue Ridge Parkway is definitely a change of scenery from the sultry heat and water sport enthusiast city of Tampa.

Summer lasts all year if you read a fun romance mashup like Dancing by the Moonlight. Great characters, lots of details to help listeners feel like we’re there, & flirty romance. Meg Price’s voice is soothing & fun. Great pacing! I’ve listened to novellas by this author & loved them. Sweet & easy listening. She goes more in depth with characters in this novel & cant wait for book 2 next year. In the meantime, I’ll await her latest novella to hit Audible. I’ll definitely check out more by this narrator also.

Where does Autumn at Apple Hill rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

a favorite for sure

What did you like best about this story?

the timeless love of family and loved ones passed who remain in our hearts is an important role in this story in addition to a sweet romance

What does Emily Coupe bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

theatrical, engaging & a slight hint of an Australian accent that would come through now & again was an added bonus. I like to look up the narrators to get a face to go with the voice & read she is from Australia.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I'm not a writer so I'm not sure but something about faith and love

Any additional comments?

I prefer clean romance & Angie Ellington's books are cute stories..funny as well & none have cursing or scenes that would make me blush...so I like that!
