The 13 Steps CD is not only powerful but quick and easy to do. It is a process that has to be listened to rather than read, which is why it is not in the book but sold as a companion CD to the book. Listen and respond to the 13 questions and save yourself a trip to victimland. Ideal to keep in the car for emotional emergencies! To be used as an add-on to Radical Forgiveness:Making Room for the Miracle.

I honestly didn't think I was very upset about anything, but I decided to do the exercise anyway on something I found mildly irritating. To my surprise something shifted deep within me and I feel lighter and very peaceful. I am so grateful for Collins work.

This is a great CD that has a wonderful seven-minute process to use any time you find yourself being self-critical or judgmental about yourself or about something that you did. It will keep you from going back to the old habits like beating yourself up, and gives you a chance, each time, to tell that old "judging-self within," to shut up. It also has a song specifically written for this CD called, I Forgive You - Me, by Karen Taylor-Good.

This short audio book restored a sense of well-being in me that was not a gimmick and hasn't faded. It explains the process, the guides you gently through the process. I have never heard or listened to a more effective how to book.
