Are you looking to lose weight, break a weight loss plateau or become healthier? Countless scientific research trials have confirmed the beneficial results of fasting. I personally have used intermittent fasting (IM) to burn off the last stubborn 12 pounds of fat I could not lose through exercise or diet. I did not have the will power to do two to three day fasts so daily intermittent fasting worked great for me - in fact, it worked so well that I can't help but to do it almost everyday, and there is NO hunger!

I also really liked how he talked about how it takes time to be an expert on anything and reading books and knowing you have much to learn is important.Definitely a must-read for anyone seriously looking into stocks as an investment possibility.

There are so many books on passive income which are just filled with very generic ideas which can easily be found through doing a very quick google search. This audiobook however is very practical and talks about businesses which are attainable. It doesn’t sell you a dream or promise that you will be a millionaire within a week but sets realistic expectations.

Thorough coverage of the Enneagram. I could have done without the comparison to Greek literature, though. For me that just lengthened the book. I appreciate new info on Enneagram subtypes.
