When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she doesn't think it's love at first sight. They wouldn't even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn't want love, she doesn't have time for love, so that just leaves the sex.

This is one of my favorite Colleen Hoover books.
My advice, if interested in the story, is to read and not listen because the narration of Miles is terrible and Tate is just ok.

Im torn when it comes to rating this book.

I found the idea of the story to be interesting and I enjoyed the twists. There were definitely moments in the story where I was misty eyed. My one major issue (which is why the rating can't be more than three stars) was I just didn't connect with the 2 main characters. I liked them, but I didn't feel their chemistry the way I was reading about it.

Charlotte, a gifted and superbly trained young musician, has been blindsided by a shocking betrayal in her promising career when she takes a babysitting job with the McLeans, a glamorous Upper East Side Manhattan family. At first the nanny gig is just a way of tiding herself over until she has licked her wounds and figured out her next move as a composer in New York. But as it turns out, Charlotte is naturally good with children and becomes as deeply fond of the two little boys as they are of her.

This is a story about grief and how people handle grief. Although there are many sad moments, it's also strangely uplifting with moments that make you smile and even laugh.
You'll absolutely fall in love with the heroine Charlotte as you follow your way watching her handle responsibilities no one in her position should be asked of, and also watching her figure out her own wants and needs.
This story jumps around time often, so keep that in mind if that's not your thing.

By far the best book of the series!
The ending was perfect.
My only complaint is the narrators voice of Rafal. Super creepy considering he's wooing a teenager...

Welcome to the School for Good and Evil, where best friends Sophie and Agatha are about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. With her glass slippers and devotion to good deeds, Sophie knows she'll earn top marks at the School for Good and join the ranks of past students like Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Snow White. Meanwhile, Agatha, with her shapeless black frocks and wicked black cat, seems a natural fit for the villains in the School for Evil.

First I have to say, the narrator Polly is AMAZING!!
I enjoyed this book overall and I look forward to reading the last 2 books in the series. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because at times it took awhile to get to the meat of the story.

This book reminds me of that annoying girlfriend of yours that obsesses over a guy, and there comes a point where you want to tell them to STFU!!
And that's how I felt throughout listening to this story. If you're in to the obsessive kind of love then this is for you! I personally thought Twilight was annoying because their love was so obsessive.
With that said, the characters were well developed, and I did finish it because I wanted to know how it ended. But there were several times I wanted to quit.
I don't know...

I was a HUGE Girls Next Door fan and was very curious about her book. Listening to this book completely opened my eyes to mansion life. Holly doesn't hold back and tells exactly what she was feeling/thinking during each step in her life. And I'm not going to lie, I enjoyed all of the juicy gossip. The only part I found odd/annoying was her need to talk in a British accent when quoting Alice.
